TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking lessons:

​Lessons are booked through either our website, telephone call to the studio or arranged via AJ Harris the proprietor of Sunnybrae Studio.



Cost of lessons:

​Lesson fees are £12 for a half hour lesson with one to one tuition or £18 for one-hour lesson with one to one tuition. The "Learn Together" lesson is £17 for half hour and £28 for one-hour with one to one tuition.



Cancellations:

​If you need to canel a lesson, YOU MUST contact the studio (NOT YOUR TUTOR) with at least 24hrs in advance notice. This must be done via telephone (24hr answer service). Excepting legitimate emergency situations. Such cancelled lessons may be rescheduled at a time mutually convenient to you and your tutor.

You will be charged for all lessons', which are cancelled without 24hrs notice.



Lengthy Cancellations:

​Where a student cancels consecutive lessons for a period of more than two weeks (usually due to holidays) a retainer fee of £5 is required every week after the first two. This ensures that the tuition slot remains available on the students return to lessons.



Lesson Termination:

​Where a student wishes to permanently terminate lessons, notice of two weeks is required.



Payments:

​Payment options are cheque, cash and direct debit. Cheques should be made payable to Sunnybrae Studio or AJ Harris. The studio account details can be given on request for direct debit payments.

All fees must be paid either in advance or on completion of lesson.
